Dear all,
I realized (according to some web pages) that it's not available to change the "system message"on CUCM (8.0), is that true?
Actually I can't belive on that, and I do think that almost everyone don't like that.
Does anyone know how to do that?
Which file can I edit for that?
Regards,
Leandro

Yes, that's true, you cannot change it.
The files you would need to change are locked down and are only accesible via root admin, however any modification of such files turns your system unsupported by Cisco.
If you want this I'd recommend you to reach you AM to submit a PER.

If I submit a PER, will I have support from Cisco?

No, a PER just means you're submitting a request for something to be included in a future version (no guarantees that it will make it into a release or when).
