Question if i upload cm certificates  and tomcat cert will they replicate to the other nodes after they are uploaded to the publisher we have already did new ca root certificates

If you're uploading a multi-san certificate it will be uploaded as the tomcat or CM certificate on all nodes.

If you're uploading per server certificate, then only that server will use it for tomcat/CM and the other servers will get it in the relevant trust store.
