System - DHCP - DHCP Subnet

For what I need the settings which begins with "Secondary"

(Secondary Start IP Address etc)

I have red the help of this page and also the pdf before.

The only thing which is written is

"second range of IP addresses"

that don't help me!

For what can it helpfull to configure it?
