I have a query where we have se calling search spaces set on individual lines where Level1 CSS is for Local users only, Level2 is for Local and National Calls and Level 3 is for Local, Nation and International.
We had some thirty users whose CSS on the line was set from Level2 to Level3 and has been working for at least two months then, for some unknown reason they have been set back to Level2. I would like to have said that this was an administration problem and that someone had physically change these back but this was not the case. I have also check ed for scheduled tasks and none were running at the time.
I know that this is quite an open ended problem but:
Has anyone had the same problem?
Is there any logging we can ensure is in place that may capture any furutre events?
Your advice would be appreciated!
regards
Bob

Yes, go to serviceability, traces -> select the server, "Database and Admin services" service group and "Cisco Role-based Security" service.

Bob,
You could review Audit logs for clues to see if perhaps someone indeed change them. I have never heard of this mysterious change without user intervention.
