CUCM9.0 Corporate Directory

Hello All,

Is there any workaround to change to First name "first" in the corporate directory on CUCM9.0?

Corporate Directory displays the user names as follows:

Last Name, First Name

I would like to change it to the following format:

First Name, Last Name

My Corporate Directory is integrated with LDAP.

I know the workaround on configuring XML file and uploading to a windows server, then pointing the URL to that server,

but do we have any other options within Call Manager 9.0 itself?

No, that's no longer possible unless you create your own script and host it in a separate sever.
