Hi everyone, having an issue with a customer who has an issue forwarding calls from a secondary line. They button 6 configured as a normal extension. I have CFwdAll configured in the Seized portion of the ephone template. When they press button 6, the speaker phone auto answers. However the CFwdAll button is not functional. They then pickup the handset and the CFwdAll button then responds.
The reverse is also true. If they pickup the handset and press button 6, they then have to press the speaker button in able to use CFwdAll. Once they have gone through speaker to handset or vice-versa, they can forward that secondary line without issue. See a portion of the config and show version below. One thing to note is we do not have the issue mentioned above when forwarding line 1. Only line 2 on button 6. I've also moved this to another phone and other buttons with the same results.
