Hello,
I am trying to integrate the NM-CUE-EC with the CCM 5.0(4) but it is not working.
I have followed the example in
but still not workin
When I perform the command
se-10-252-165-10# sh ccn status ccm-manager
JTAPI Subsystem is not registered with any Call Manager
se-10-252-165-10#

Did you run the initialization wizard and at that time, did it accept your jtapi username and password ?
Additionally verify the following:
a. The jtapi user you created should be assigned to the following group "Standard CTI enabled".
b. Also make sure the user is created as an application user.
c. Restart CTI manager on callmanager.

Hi,
I am having the same issue plus the NM-CUE gets restarted continously after doing the integration. Did you manage to get this working? I also don't seem to get the CTI ports registered
