I have zero knowledge on CME and CUE deployments and I only maintain it and do admin stuffs.
Background story: My service module for CUE went dead last month and I can't retrieve any configs from it. I've replaced the SM and installed CUE, referenced the CME configs to integrate. I already have personal mailbox working.
Problem:
1. I need to setup a GDM for the main line so if my call handlers are busy or business is closed, customers that will call will leave a message.
I already created a group on CUE gui but I don't know how the subscribers will access it. I think I'm doing something wrong with the call handling or call-in numbers on CUE.
2. I need a auto-attendant for business closed and if my call handlers are busy.
Same thing on number 1, I think I am doing something wrong with mapping out the extensions or call handling.
Please do help me on this, I've been with 3 TACs and non of them really helped. I can provide the configs just let me know which one. Thank you.
