I am having some issue with connectivity wit ISM , i am not able to ping the ISM module from router

IP configuration for ISM seems to be fine, did you apply 'no shutdown' under ism interface ?
And are you able to see ism module in 'show inventory' ?

no shutdown applied
and show inventory shows the ISM module

Then it should work, hope some1 else can share their views. did you get a chance to reload the router ?

i am able to access cue
but my voice mail and autoattend not working
