CUE voicemail to email

Hi All,

I am using AIM and trying to configure voicemail to email forwarding. I followed exactly what I did many time in different deployments. Still it is not working. any suggestion how can I start troubleshooting? and what are the most important factors in CUE and CME to check those out in order to send voicemail to email?

You need to install Cisco Unified CME TSP 2.0 for that.
