Hello,

CUEAC - 9.0

Does somebody know if the Database purge need to use on regular basis or only if recommended by TAC support if we have a problem ?

Does somebody know if there is a automatic way to clean up the database and never get a problem with a database full ?

Hi Celine,

Database Purge deletes the call stats from the database, you can select a date and it will delete all records older than the date selected and delete them. It will help reduce the size of the database, so no need to do it only if TAC recommends it. As a best practice, you should run it after business hours and it should not affect the consoles, but depends on how much data you have.
