Try the following solutions:
⢠If the contact is internal to the corporate network, the UserID attribute in the LDAP Attribute Mapping table might be incorrectly configured in Cisco Unified Presence Administration (Application > Cisco Unified Personal Communicator > Settings). Make sure that the contact to be added is in the Cisco Unified Communications Manager database and the Cisco Unified Presence database.
