Need to setup caller tone /ring back tone in Cisco Call manager CUCM System version: 7.1.3.30000-1.
If phone A calls to Phone B instead of default ringing tone Phone A should able to hear My Customized tone(Thanks for calling this is my WAV file should replace the default rining back tone).
There is no customization available. The only change you can make is by changing tone depending on the country which the user is based on. You can change the Locale to match the country where the phone is.
