hi all,
I have customize greetings (AA) for incoming calls on Unity Connection 2.X. But I dont know how to customize greetings while the call is transfer or while the call is on hold ???
can any tell me how to do it ...

You can't, there is no access to the files in linux systems

Dear Java,
i think you didnt get my point, let me explain you in a bit detail, suppose a call is received via auto attendant & there is an option in AA prompt that for operator press * & when the caller press * system says " wait while i transfer your call to operator " & then call transfer to operator & operator fone rings ....
i want to put my greeting instead of this one " wait while i transfer your call to operator "
r u sure there isnt any option in Unity Connection 2.x to replace this ???

I got your point, answer remains the same.
There is NO access to the wav files, not to mention it's NOT supported.

Hmm ...
One of my friend did it on Unity Express but its not in Unity Connection 2.X .. Its Strange !!!
What about unity 5.x, can we do it in Unity 5.x ??
