Hi all,
when a caller calls to ip phone, before the user picks up call, he use to hear a standard tone ... can we customize that standard Tone to any other either via Unity Cx or CCM ??
I have Unity Connection or Call Manager 6.1 & i have already setup Auto Attendant. can we manage some how to achieve above requirement ??

Do you mean ringback tone to pstn ?
Are you using FXO or ISDN ? MGCP or H.323 ?

yes, you are correct im talking about ringback tone to pstn !!!
im using H.323 on VG ..
