Database replication Issues in cisco ucs c220

I'm having problems trying to replicate the database on cisco ucs c220, the following message appears:

Have you already verified the DB replication is broken and if so, tried to fix it??

What version is this??

How many servers?

In which server is this showing??

Was replication working fine?

Were there any power issues? or something to trigger that?

FYI, HW platform is irrelevant for this error.
