I thought because of there is not software, status is not available. I tried to install software from ftp, it was failed too.

Router##service-module ism0/0 install url ftp://cisco:cisco@192.168.10.32/cisco/cue-vm-k9.sme.7.1.5.pkg
Proceed with installation? [no]: yes

When I copy the same file from ftp, it succeds. So ftp directory is correct, file is there, but service-module cannot install.

What do you recommend?

Something wrong in your ftp access. The password when you login through console is same password which you use to access your router.

I have tried the same path and succeded to copy a file from ftp in the same router. I don't believe that there is a problem with ftp path.

I have tried router's username and password too but failed.
