Ä customer is trying to call numbers to ukrain, but all the calls are failing.
When I debug in the mgcp gateway I i'm getting"a " Cause i = 0x8283 - No route to destination "
When the customers calls to other countrys it works fine.
Seems it only happens when they call numbers to ukrain.
dialed number analyzer is saying that it should route this pattern.
I'm a little bit lost now

I have checked with the customer again.
Now it seems that they are not able to call numbers in the area code of Kiev (oekrain)
Other numbers in oekrain are working.
so that means numbers in this range 000.38 (44) are not routing out of the GW.
It hits the GW, but not getting out.
however I have attached the packet of the calls that's works and not.

Cause i = 0x8283 - No route to destination

Which means either its a provider issue, or you are not sending the number in correct format to ISP. Do you think you are sending the correct format for number your ISP is expecting. If you are not sure you need to call them and they can tell you how they would like to receive the number.

Hi JB,
According to the customer all the other area codes to Ukrain works fine.
Except (044) they get no exsist tone.

I think this is a service provider issue as i dont see lot of difference in working and non-working debugs. But in the non-working we receive disconnect from service provide, have you asked your service provider about this, bu showing thim this debug?

I gave the customer ( a client of us) advise to contact the SP.
Because we don't have contact with the SP.
I'm curious what they say.
