Delay While Dialing Cisco IP Phone To Third Party Phone

Hi Team,

  

   I have facing one Issue while dialing Cisco IP phone to Third party phone it takes around 25-30 second to gets ring on Third party phone, both are register in same CUCM with same Network. when we call from Third party to Cisco IP Phone than it work fine means within 2-3 second stars ring.

 

Somebody can help me out of this issue, it will be very grateful for me.

Hello Gaurish,

That looks like an interdigit timeout due to an overlapping pattern.

If you want you can provide me a full route plan report, the extension of both phones and i can take a look and point to the overlapping pattern.

Thank you so much for the mail.
I would like the tell you that the issue which we are facing has been resolved. As we observe that there was latency and drops while I am pinging to Third party devices from my system so we just changed the lan Cable and after that it started working. I.e. There is no delay while calling from Polycom to Cisco IP phone.
