Desktop Sharing option not enable from cisco Jabber client

Hi All,

i am using below IPT version

CUCM version - 9.1,

CUP Verison  - 9.1

Cisco Jabber version  - 9.7

when i start the Chat from cisco jabber,  IM is working fine but desktop shaing optin is showing disable

but when i make a call from cisco jabber that time desktop sharing option is enable and i can share my desktop

can any one help me to resolve this issue

Nothing to solve here, that's how it works right now, you need to be on a call on softphone mode for sharing to work.
