Dial by name inconsistent

Hello all,

We are running Cisco 2851 (revision 53.51) with Unity Express version 2.3 and have been having issues with inconsistent dial-by-name. When users call, they are asked to spell the first name of the user. Unfortunately it appears to only give the first listing, but if there are additional users with that combination, the system does not seem to give the caller a chance to choose the next listing. Any ideas on what I need to do to allow callers to move to the next person?

Update CUE software and check again.
