Hello!!
I am looking for a solution of the following:
How is it possible to dial out from the personal address book entry via the IP Phone...
At the moment is it possible to dial out when the prefix 0 will be added to the entry of the personal address book.
But the customer had different personal address book's with about 50 to 70 entries.
Before the customer used the CUCM Vers. 4 with the following configuration with Username, Pin and "Predial".
Now is the CUCM upgraded to Vers. 8.0
What should be used as replacement for "predial" configuration?
Which configuration will be the best solution?
Thanks for your ideas!!
Regards,
J.K.

You can create a translation patterns or route pattern that match the dialed number without 0 and prefix the 0 to the number before send it out

Hello marwanshawi!!
Thank you for your answer!!
Yes, it is possible to add the Prefix "0" via the Route Pattern. (->Called Party Transformations -> Prefix Digits(outgoing calls): 0)
But this will work for all outgoing calls at the moment.
Could it be possible to create a Route Pattern or similar which will work only if an entry in the Personal Address Book will be dialed via the ip phone?
Thanks for your ideas!!
Regards,
J.K
