dial peer translation

Working on a 39xx connecting two Nortel pbx's. The Nortels use 4 digit dialing between them. The 3900 is connected via h323 t 1

Only have 2dial peers

Voice x pots Incoming number . Did Voice y pots Dest number 65.. Forward all

I can see the call leave on pbx as private/private but arrive as private and e164. Call fails fast busy. Is there a translation the will resolve the issue?

I have an update on this issue. I turned on the messaging in the Nortel and can see the call leave one site transit through the gateway with the call info (name and DN of called and calling), but when it arrives at the other site, the number comes in as unknown. I originally set this up as an MGCP gateway to do the routing on the CUCM, but hat problems so reloaded to a h323.

the dial peers are working, just not being recieved in the same format it leaves the original system.
