Hello,
I have:
1. A single CUCM 8.6 cluster
2. Several offices in North America
3. Two PRI gateways (MGCP) locating in different cities
For providing redundancy between gateways I want to implement globalization/localization.
My concern is about :
1. If city has several area codes
2. And the same area code could be used as the 10 digits (local) for one region of the city and as 11 digit (long distance) for another region.
Will globalization/localization a good solution in this case?
Thank you,
Andrei

Hi Andrei,
Yes, Globalization and Localization is the best bet. More over if you are in NANP Sites, then it makes it very very simpler (compared to other countries where NANP is not used).
