Is it possible to dial a number from IBM's Lotus Notes while using Cisco IP Phone?
Thanks.

Yes it works. We tested that sucessfully and it will be implemented in one of my accounts. You have to modify the Lotus client in order to provide the "dial contact" functionality, this needs some changes in Lotus itself.

Dear Hadbou,
Can you give me some directions where and which changes have to be made in Lotus client in to order to provide the "dial contact" functionality? I would appreciate your help.
Thanks.

Hello,
the solution is very simple. You need a simple Lotus Notes Form whith two Fields, JS-Header and onLoad Java Script in a new Lotus DB on Server not Local. Then create a new Button into your Toolbar with copy and Create Document with form in @-Command Formel language. To distribute this Button to your User you need a tool from IBM Lotus Sandbox.
