digit manipulation help

Hi all can someone help me out with digit manipulation

i have 5 extensions numbers  that al start with 7XXXX ( al different numbers )
What i would like to realize is that when one of those extensions make calls out the number presentation wil change .

So the called number sees a different number.for a example last five digits 77777 ( this is a hunt pilot) 
 

When for example caller B calls back to this number 77777 they can reach one of those 5 numbers.

What is the best way to do this?
