I have a customer who has a phone wiht direct line, when someone call him on his direct line its ring two rings then stop then ring again.
What do you think the problem is?

which version call manager you have ???
please try to unregister ip phone and try regsiter agin
or make upgrade to ip phone frimware

Thank you for replying, actually I solved the problem, The problem was the timeout in telephony-service was 6 I change it to 60 it's working fine now.
