direct transfer across line doesn't work

Hi,

I have problem with direct transfer across line (DTAL). I have 3 x 7961 phone on CUCM 7.1.3 NFR and CUCM 8 NFR and CUCM 8.5 NFR.

On 7.1.3 it works fine, but on other two not. I cannot find any related documentation or configuration guide for DTAL, so I don't know If I forgot some prerequisite.

Only what I know is that phone which will do DTAL must have 2 lines. Also Join Across Line is enabled on all versions.

Can you try to configure the Busy trigger (line configuration) to 1 or 2 ?

I have busy trigger set to 2 by default on all phones which I'm using for testing.
