I have installed Cisco soft phone on my laptop and having an issue calling EMEA five digits ex #. However I 'm able to make the same call from my desk ph and any other ph on my entire cluster. is there special config for soft phoneany ideathx

hi,i added ip phone 9971 in CallManager 7.1.5 but the ip phone SCCP (7962, 7911) can't call 9971 and i can't make call from ip phone 9971.Firmware that i used is sip9971.9-0-2.Many Thanks
