Directory number to several users

Hello, I would like to create a directory number (without association to a phone) and associate it to several users, so they can have access to forwarding options of this line from the webpage CM user options. Could you help me? Many thanks.

Well, in order for the user to be able to see the device/line on ccmuser portal the device needs to be associated with the user under user page, so you will need to have the line associated to either a phone or cti route point and then associated with the user.

Thanks for your reply. As I don't want to associate the line to a physical phone, I created a cti route point as a virtual device and it's fine.
