Disable 9971 select button LED while phone is in power-save mode

Some of our IP phones are located in bedrooms and at night when the phone goes into power-save mode, the select button LED lights up. It is bright enough to light up the room and cause people to complain. Is there any way to disable this LED from illuminating when the phone goes into power-save mode?

Wish this feature existed for 3PCC firmware. Seems it’s only in the enterprise firmware.

Hi Jamie,

Do you know whether this feature will come to 3PCC handsets? I have the 8861-3PCC-K9 on 11.3.2 and it would be great if an option to turn off all LEDs (including the white circular select button) in power save mode. Even better, an option to disable the LEDs across a given time period, eg. 1900-0700.
