disable transfer button in ip cisco phone

Can some  one knows how to disable the transfer button on ip phone 7921,8851, 9971.

You can modify or create new softkey template which will not have transfer button.

But the problem is that if there is a dedicated transfer button on the device, that cannot be disabled.
