Disconnect Cause SIP 480 Outbound Calls through E1 PRI

Hello All,

I'm getting erro : SIP 480 , when I try to call to PSTN  through E1 PRI connection. Any suggestions? the carrier says : I'm OK  , they tested directly in their equipment and the call was ok.

Pls help ! :(

Hi,

Can you make a test call and collect the following:

1. Debug ccsip messages

2. debug voice ccapi inout

3. Debug isdn q931

4. Sh run

I don't see problems in the call flow. Your router sent a SETUP message but the end user didn't answer the call hence the call was terminated.

.Oct 19 23:42:42.328: ISDN Se0/0/0:15 Q931: RX <- DISCONNECT pd = 8  callref = 0x8163 
	Cause i = 0x8092 - No user responding

Above debug shows that cause code 18 was the termination cause which is user not responding. The gateway mapped this to SIP 480 message.

Summary no problems from your end just make sure that end user answers the call.
