Disconnect problem

Hi!

I use CCM 4.1 with MGCP non-ios gateway (Cisco 6509).

When I make a call from IP-phone to PSTN analog phone and analog phone busy, automatic telephone exchange send DISCONNECT message with PI to Gateway, but Gateway don`t send RELEASE message to automatic telephone exchange.

I know, that in H.323 Gateway we can use disc_pi_off command, but what I can to do with non-ios mgcp gateway?
