Displaying who has answered the call on internal calls

Ok guys so got a cluster 11.5  with 8845 phones (using EM) and Cisco Jabber.

It is a given that during the alerting phase (ringing) that the calling party will see the name configured against the alerting name field in CUCM on the directory number. On answer the expected behaviour is for the calling party to see the label set on the line according to the field display (caller ID). However this is not the case for some reason on answer the calling party is not being updated with who has answered the call. Has anyone come across this? Phones are running FW SIP8845_65.12-1SR1-4.

Use case is you have a central helpdesk DN5555 that is a shared line over 10 helpdesk operators. The DN5555 is configured with the alerting name "Helpdesk". Calling party calls 5555 and is answered by operator Joe Bloggs. Joe Blogs has the DN5555 on his phone with the Display (caller ID) configured with Joe Bloggs. The calling party when Joe Bloggs answers should see that Joe Bloggs has answered the call on his display. This is not currently happening calling party sees Helpdesk. Thanks
