Diverting/ Forwarding extenal calls to another internal number

Good day

Would it be possible to set up the Directors phone so that for external calls (cell phones and other non internal calls) only they come through the secretary first but all Internal calls can be phoned directly to the Directors phone.

I'm using Cisco Call Manager express 3850  with IOS c3900e-universalk9-mz.SPA.151-4.M3.bin.. Type of desk phone Cisco 7962 phones.

Is there any command line configuration that i can do to satisfy this request. Because in GUI i cant find any option that can work the same way

Configure a translation rule to change the director's DN into the secretary's DN and apply it in your DPs, since it will only affect calls coming thru the DPs, internal calls will not be affected.

Is there a whitepaper which i can refer to that might help. Or a set of command script that i can do in the CME. please hep with step by step process if possible.

There's no whitepaper, there's plenty of documentation on cisco.com on how to configure translation rules, with plenty of examples on the usage of them, you can review them, and then simply adjust your config as necessary.
