DN's overlaps with route patterns

I'm having four branches in multi-site deployement, all registered to HQ running cucm 8.6. I'm about to install another branch which will also register to HQ. The DN's for this branch begin with 0, e.g 0000 as a main DN then 0001,0002-0299. In my country we dial 0 for seconday dial tone. now when trying to dial internaly you get seconday tone after pressing the 0. it overlaps with my local parttens. How do I overcome this issue?

I'm pretty sure you won't like to hear this, but you need to change your dial plan to avoid exactly that kind of problems.

Otherwise, restrict access to those route patterns or modify how those particular users need to dial thru them using another prefix and a TP.

Meaning creating translation pattern for my DN's? e.g (*0001) translate to 0001 then for outside dial 0.031XXXXXXX as normal?

Either one for those, so you set a separate partition for internal/RP.

You need to change either how those particular users dial externally, or how they dial internally.

Since your country dials 0 for external access, I'd assume it would be easier to change how all your users dial to that particular set of users who start with 0 with a prefix, *, or something else.
