DND function on CISCO 7821

How can I switch on-off the DND function in my phone? reading user guide, there are just few lines "Turn DND On and Off
Procedure
Step 1 Press DND to turn on DND.
Visual confirmation displays briefly.
Step 2 Press DND again to turn off DND.
Visual confirmation displays briefly"

Well, where DND key or soft key??????

Have you configured DND to be in your softkey template???

If not, that's why it's not showing, configure it and it'll show.

No; I tried to find this possibility to configure, without success.

You configure that in CUCM or CME, if you're an end user get in touch with your local IT support team for this.

Thanks. But my feeling is that I has been able to "enable" DND function doing some wrong operations on the phone. I already call my IT center... but I'm still waiting. For your understaning there is no possibility to operate just on the phone?

Just curious, did you press the more button on the Softkey? It may be scrolled back (Redial, New Call, CFWD All , More)

yes... the others softkeys are pickup gpickup callback mobility hlog...

But is there DND softkey as well? If not then it probably needs to be configured.. just wondering how did you manage to get into the DND state to begin with?

No, there is no DND softkey; the phone went in DND state after some attempts that I did in order to store some number in the personal director... but if and what can be the relation?
