IP Telephony License renewal

I need an urgent help, 

I have a client that wants to renew their UC licenses to the latest version available.

I have attached the licenses.

Please kindly advice on how to go about the upgrade/renewal.

Prompt responses will be highly appreciated.

Hi

You wouldn't do that by posting the client's licenses on a public forum.

I'd suggest you send your client to a Cisco Partner for advice. There are a lot of questions to be answered that I suspect you don't know how to ask...

From the attachment,I can see you have got UCSS which is used for major upgrades.You can initiate mail to ucss-support@external.cisco.com to get detailed info on how to activate the PAK codes  and place the order through PUT [Product Upgrade Tool] to have licenses along with Application S/w for latest versions.
