I have a user that has a 7940 IP phone that is used in our office and from his Home office he uses an IPC and the line that both of those are mapped to is in a hunt group. He can't use DND on those phones. I am running CME 4.0 (1)

Hi Bob,

I think this is expected behaviour. Have a look;

Phone users cannot enable DND for a shared line in a Hunt Group.The softkey displays in the idle and ringing states but does not enable DND for shared lines in Hunt Groups.
