After upgrading the CUCM to v8.6. The cisco 7942 phone model was showing 2 corporate directory even though only 1 was configured. For 7937 phone, it was ok. Any idea what could be the problem?

Check what you have configured for you Services Provisioning, if it's set to both (meaning internal and external) you may have two directories showing up. Changing it to either external (use the enterprise parameter URL) or internal (use the phone service Cisco/Application:Directories).

Brandon,
Keep in mind setting it to external might break internal functionality like Messages Button Cisco/Application:Voicemail
If you get us a configuration file from the phone via a tftp 1.1.1.1 get SEPXXXXXXXXX.cnf.xml we might be able to provide more insight.

Thanks guys for the reply. We later realised that it's just the phone and after reset, it is ok now.
Cheers!
