Dear all,
I've a Cisco 8831 connected on a Cisco CME 10.5, and i was upgraded the Cisco 8831 firmware from v9 to 10 (with sip8831.9-3-3-TO-10-3-1-v2 firmware) and after with sip8831.10-3-1-16 version and after with sip8831.10-3-1SR2-2.
The sip8831.10-3-1-16 version is not working with CME 10.5 (don't heard sound), i want to downgrade the Cisco 8831 to V9-3-3-5 (with sip8831.9-3-3-5 firmware) but it's not working, the Cisco 8831remain in version 10-3-1SR2-2.
I also tried to lower firmware version to version 10-3-1-16, but it does not work either.
I make a reset factory default (with menu and physically) but I'm still in Version 10-3-1SR2-2.
