Already asked this but it makes since to create a new discussion... good for stats.
Can you not download the files in the TFTP File Management section OS Administration? I can upload ring tones and background images but I need to be able to download the Ringlist and List XML files so that I can modify them and upload them again.

Have you tried:
From the command prompt on a Windows machine, type:
tftp
If will download it to the current directory
Just change the filename accordingly.

I haven't tried that yet. This sits on a linux box so if all else fails I was just going to get our systems engineer to get the file off the box for me. It just makes since that Cisco would have built in an easy way to do this.

Java is correct (+5).
An alternate approach is to SSH to the host and retrieve the files using the "file get" console command (file get tftp
HTH.

The CUCM TFTP listens for HTTP requests on port 6970.
You can use a webbrowser with 'http://cucmserverip:6970/' to pull files from TFTP root.
Use the GUI to find the path of the required file.
