download voicemail file

Is there a way to download the old and new voicemail file of the user from unity express?

HI

If you are talking about backing up the voice mail data you can use the Backing Up and Restoring Data feature of CUE. It will backup voice messages also for the users.

Hi Ronak,

Thanks for the information, I already knew about the backup and restore. Actually we are migrating from express to connection and we want our old voicemail which are in unity express.

Also for other thing like first name, last name, display name, primary extension, alias and recorded voice name can be exported from CUE and imported in CUC.

Above tool is not for Voice message.
