After upgrading to the DPC3008, I have only 1 downstream channel and 1 upstream channel.
I know there is one solution on the Comcast forums. However, there is only one Engineer there that knows how to escalate this issue to to get the problem resolved. And it is not his job to do so. He claims "UPDATE:: We have found the issue and are working to correct it via firmware update. That update will not come for some time. But we have a way to correct it for issue modems right now.." Dated 10-14-2013.
Any help with DCP3008 Only bonding on one channel (Amber DS light) issue would be highly appreciated.
As of today no firmware updates have been posted here: http://support.linksys.com/en-us/support/gateways/DPC3008
