Dx-650 using Extension Mobility does not store the previously used user name

Hi,

We are in the process of deploying Cisco DX-650 phones. During the testing , I was able to configure the extension mobility on the phone. In the previous phones 7945, 7965, 9971 etc, once a  user logins using extension mobility, the username remains there and the user needs to only enter the PIN number to login to use extension mobility. But in DX-650 phones this is not happening. The username is visible but greyed out/dim . Unless the user enter the user id again , he/she cannot login. This becomes a tedious task if the user has a long user id.Is there anyway that the user name can remain in the field and the user login by just entering the PIN number?

The problem has been solved in the latest firmware. 10-2-3-26

Usually firmware upgrade solve such problems like that for phones.
