Hi all,
We are constantly seeing DX650's having cradle issues where in the phone doesn't hang up after a call and the only solution is to replace it.
Anyone else seeing this?. Really disappointing considering the amount you pay for them , we find them not lasting for more than a year or so.

I've noticed this too. Sometimes it takes 3 seconds to end the call, which I guess is the far end terminating the call, or you have to press the END key on the screen.
Luckily we only have one DX650.
Sorry I can't help, but I can confirm they are flaky.

Sorry to hear about your experience but i have been using a DX650 since it was launched and haven't seen these issues in headset or handset use mode (3s delay on terminating calls or hookswitch/cradle issues). If under warranty or support you should look to RMA it. Rgs ashish

Looks like somehow this issue is resolved in the latest firmware upgrade :sipdx650.10-2-5-207 if anyones interested
