DX650 Ethernet Dropping Connection

Hi everyone,

So I have a rather weird issue with this phone. It's configured to use ethernet which was working fine. I have an asterisk server it connects to which was working great. Recently it starts to drop the ethernet connection. I try to ping the unit but I can't reach it. I have tried both ways of addressing DHCP and static and I have the same issue for both schemes. When I try to use the wireless connection it's fine. I have no dropped connection. What should I be checking for in the logs? At first I suspected it could be a SIP issue:

00508 04-23 14:32:08.218 1279 1684 DEB ccservice: SIPCC-SIP_RESP: sipSPICheckResponse: Response match: callid=00ccfc4a-1286002e-2216c11d-67da1f06@192.168.1.250, cseq=2664, cseq_method=REGISTER
00509 04-23 14:32:08.218 1279 1684 INF ccservice: SIPCC-SIP_REG: ccsip_handle_ev_4xx: SIP_REG_FAILURE_POSSIBLE_UCM_CONFIG_ISSUE - Received 4xx in ccm mode. Setting registration_reject to TRUE.
00510 04-23 14:32:08.218 1279 1684 DEB ccservice: SIPCC-FUNC_ENTRY: LINE 201/1: ccsip_handle_ev_4xx : SIP_REG_STATE_REGISTERING <- SIP(401)

But on the wireless this does not seem to be dropping connection.

Any ideas on what I can check attached is the syslog which might help.

Thank you.

Well looks like it was a firmware issue. I have loaded a previous version and reset the phone. Seems to be holding the ethernet connection.
