My company is researching deploying a Cisco UC5xx based cosystem that will have remote users who will connect via VPN. If a user connected via VPN places a 911 call, will the 911 center be able to accurately identify their geographic location?

Get DID's for each VPN site. Associate those numbers with the local addresses with your phone service provider. Make sure you test!
