I am trying to understand the implications of using MRA phones from remote location and make 911 calls. Obviously there is no way to send the correct location information of the caller to PSAP when using desk phone. I know there are tools available to send the location information through integration with third parties such as Intrado but how would that work if I use physical phone. We use CER in our environment so there are no issues if 911 calls originate from on site.
